South Atlantic Conference Partners with Performance Tracking System SPT

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) - The South Atlantic Conference and Sports Performance Tracking have agreed on an exclusive partnership making SPT the official performance tracker of the conference for the 2022-23 athletics year and beyond. 

Sports Performance Tracking, an athlete performance company provides wearable vests that contain GPS and Heart Rate trackers. Key performance indicators that are tracked include distance traveled, sprints, top speed, work rate, heart rate and impacts. Using this system, programs can reduce risk of injury up to 70% and enhance training to emulate game like intensity.

Their products will allow our institutions to better track specific medical and performance data like heart rate, distances run and speed. SPT is FIFA approved according to the International Match Standard for accuracy and reliability and is used by 350+ institutions in the United States and 110+ countries worldwide.

The partnership includes 60+ teams across six sports including men’s and women’s soccer, football, men’s and women’s lacrosse and field hockey.
