Shipping policy

 

SPT ships its products both domestically within the US and internationally to Canada and Mexico.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the products in your shopping basket and will be displayed in the checkout after you enter your delivery address.

During peak periods such as Christmas, orders may take longer to fulfil and deliver, so please allow more time when placing your order.

 

 

USA Orders

We use USPS as the shipping method for all orders within the US.

Whilst we cannot guarantee delivery times, we will endeavour to deliver orders within 2-3 business days after receipt and payment of orders.

All orders will be dispatched same day if the order is received Monday to Friday before 11am CST for in-stock items with successful credit card payment verification.

Orders received after 11am on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the next business day and dispatched by the end of the following business day.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

SPT delivers to most international locations. If your country is not eligible for shipping it will notify you within the checkout process.

Depending on the size of your order, we will attempt to deliver your order within 5-7 business days of your order being placed.

For all international orders, duties and taxes are also payable on top of the listed prices in our online shop.

Taxes and duties are mandated by your local government and SPT is obliged to comply with these local laws.

Taxes and duties are shown in the checkout bundled with your shipping cost and are based on the dollar value of your shopping cart.
